Description
This is not your usual cooking class — it’s a true Bolognese Sunday experience: cooking together, sharing stories, and enjoying the simple pleasure of preparing traditional dishes side by side.
You’ll make both yellow and green dough, cook authentic ragù and friggione, learn the techniques for rolling and drying the perfect sfoglia, and even create a delightful sweet fried tagliatelle to end on a surprising note.
The experience includes a welcome toast and a family-style lunch or dinner with all the dishes you’ve prepared — just like a real Sunday meal in Bologna.
