SORBOLE CHE OSTERIA

Sorbole Che Osteria was born from the idea of two young Bolognese fans of good food, who have recreated, in their menu, Bolognese’s dishes and ideas from other countries like their hamburger with Irish meat. All culinary cultures are great, as long as the final tastes know how to impress the curious people that are visiting the tavern, and make them fall in love with this place! Sorbole che Osteria is a typical and welcoming place  always leading to success to witness their talent look at all the cleaned dishes on the tables at the end of lunch!

It remains true, however, that, as true Italians, what the boys of Sorbole Osteria make better are the first courses with pasta! An excellent proposal is the tasting of the three most famous courses here in Bologna: tortellini in cream of Parmigiano Reggiano, lasagne bolognesi and gramigna with ragù sauce! Hard not to end up with a bread slipper in the sauces left on the plate!
