Description
The tour starts in Piazza del Nettuno, where you can admire the fountain that has become a symbol of Bologna. Continuing through Piazza Maggiore, you will discover the striking Basilica of San Petronio, one of the largest in the world, and its Meridiana. Visit Bologna's most peculiar streets and monuments while listening to the anecdotes our guide will tell you. Walk towards Piazza Santo Stefano, where you can admire the marvellous Church overlooking it.
Explore some of the city's picturesque squares and beautiful buildings on this 2-hour tour. You'll see the two towers, the Asinelli and the Garisenda, towering over the city. You will explore the ancient Quadrilatero Market to see the historic shops and fill your nostrils with the scents of local food. Finally, discover Palazzo Re Enzo, now seat of the City Hall, overlooking the beautiful Piazza Maggiore.
