Founded in 1972 as a family-run poultry farm, it then expanded into the markets of fresh meat, cheese, cold cuts, and finally wines. Today, in addition to being the main provider of Bologna’s restaurants and its province, it also offers a catering service, skilfully juggling into delicious dishes of the Emilian tradition. In the evening, between some chatting and good wine, Bottega Ranocchi offers you a copious plate of cold cuts and cheeses, accompanied by local products.

Among the most famous dishes, the salami of Bottega Ranocchi is certainly a culinary experience that, teaches you the traditions of this city, especially through the famous Mortadella of Bologna.
