L'ASPORTO

L'Asporto is a small culinary reality that has recently been refreshed. It remains a reference point for those who love Italian delicacies to enjoy while strolling through the streets of downtown Bologna. Located near Piazza Maggiore, its fame is partly due to the famous Bolognese fried tortellini, served in a cone to take away and topped with a succulent Parmigiano Reggiano cream.

Its crescentine a portafoglio ("folded like a wallet") certainly surprise both tourists and residents with countless possibilities of fillings to choose from. It would be a shame to pass through Bologna without trying a crescentina filled with mortadella!
